Yoga

I offer both yoga in the presence of horses and without, in a separate, peaceful setting. My offering of yoga is as a transcendental way to heal, find empowerment, become more present and to connect with yourself, others, and the world around you.
As a 200hr registered Ashtanga yoga instructor, as well as an 200hr registered Hatha and Vinyasa style yoga instructor, and having my own personal practice for over 8 years, I have found yoga to be a solid support to physical, spiritual and emotional health.
My classes are offered as a means to support the individual in coming to a place of inner balance that facilitates a sense of being grounded in our worlds that can be very fast-paced. This is done through breathwork, mindful and somatic movement, and grounding exercises.

When practicing in the presence of horses, we are naturally called to go even deeper into a state of peace, as we share in their innately grounded energy as they reside in harmony nearby.
